How do I get started?

It’s as easy as giving us a call!

The first thing we will do is visit your home or workplace to discuss your individual cleaning needs, and to give you a free estimate.

If your schedule is busy, a video call is always an option!

A checklist will be provided 

And now, on to some common questions!

How often should I have my home cleaned?

We offer regular housecleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quartertly basis.

In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans,  and occasional new construction clean ups 

Our most popular visit is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs.

Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be.

Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and, when necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure.

Will I always have the same house cleaner?

 We make every effort to send the same cleaner to your home for each visit.

What if I have a pet?

Pets are not a problem. We do need to be notified if you own pets, and we like to know their names. If you have any special requests regarding your pets, or there are any special circumstances we should be aware of, let us know and we will add it to your info. We do not clean feces. 

What if my cleaning schedule falls on a holiday?

If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday, we will contact you to reschedule. Our office observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

How do I pay?

Payment is due day of service. Cash is preferred. you can also leave a check or pay the invoice with your credit/debit card. 

Do you guarantee your work?

Absolutely. We have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.

Our goal is to give you the best cleaning possible each time. If something is not done to your satisfaction, call us within 24-48 hours and we will correct it for free, or give you a credit on your next clean.

What is your return policy?

 Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, we cannot offer refunds to customers. However, your satisfaction is guaranteed with every cleaning visit. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your service we will return to your home to re-clean the area/task within 24-48 hours or we’ll apply a credit into your account towards our next visit. This will not apply if you are home upon completion. If you are home and notice that the cleaner overlook something please don’t keep it to yourself, tell the cleaner to re-clean the area or simply contact us and we can pass along the message. Any complaints filed more than 48 hours after the completion of cleaning fall outside the warranty period, and unfortunately may not be covered
